I am weighing in a day early as I am off the puter for the next 3 days
84 this morning so a loss of 1kg, finally after not losing anything for 3 weeks

i'll post a helpful hints guide over the w/end

it will include which foods you can eat as much as you like, which you can eat often, those foods to eat occassionally and those to stay away from

this can cover meat, fruit, dairy, vegies, booze and snacks

im confident, members will be able to lose weight by changing eating habits rather then dieting

EXCERCISE Definitely helps not only accelerate weight loss but improve your core fitness which impacts on health and imunity levels

104.5!! WOOHOOO 1.5 down,even with a day on the lager and chips with REB! Two big rides on the pushy helped.Go Booney ,Go Booney.A weights session as well.

woohoo!! after a week where i thought i would really struggle (melbourne cup lunch followed by 10 hours on the turps) i lost 1.5kg!! down to 96.0. I did walk almost everynight, does anyone know how much walking does for you compared to jogging? SD maybe?

can vouch that scoob has been doing some moderate walking every nite.... not exactly breaking the land speed record there tho scoob..... my calves sore today after breaking into a gallop last night..... I am 122 ken cunninghams andd plumeting..... and am feeling great.... Isnt it good that you can have a bad day (melb cup) and still lose weight???//

eating healthy, and walking each day too,
you guessed it, i dropped another two.

you bewdy now down to 107kg

that's 8kg lost on MALS challange and a whopping 13kg off my challange in less than 6 weeks.

I'll have a weigh in again tomorrow, looking forward to the slight ammendment of my earlier diet.
Added a double beef whopper, chips, onion rings and vanilla thickshake to my pub lunch and about 20 pints today.
Hoping for a loss of a kilo or 2.

I'm back up to 79.1 :?
I reckon my weight just stays the same and the fluctuations are just due to my scales...

Actually I think I have had a very consistent pattern of putting on 1kg every year for the last 10 years (with basically no fluctuations around that), so it will take something major to change that pattern.
