Good luck Everyone. I was 84, 6 months back. Creeping up to 88 now..... Winter insulation..... lol.....

What happened to Winter...?

Summer is easier.... Salads.......

20 kilometer fun walks/runs

The older you get, the harder it becomes...!

There is a new Pharmacy Medication that may help....

Xenicol....? Something like that....

Disolves Fat..... It's expensive......
Smile :)

It's only Money $$$ :)

What is happening to our SANFL guys...

I heard that vinegar is very good for breaking down fat cells in the body.
Whether you drink it or what, I don't know....

The "back on the beer" diet has taken over from the "bundy" diet and has worked already. Down 2kgs to 105kgs.
Im sticking with this beer diet, last night on "What's Good For You" they convinced me how damn good beer is for you.
My new diet consists of beer, cigarettes, junk food and lawn bowls for exercise.
