Have a binge weekend coming up with my pending 30th to celebrate, so no doubt will have some work to do next week.

Have a good one you salad dodgers!!

think you got me AG - had a bye in cricket today so there goes my weekly exercise - am playing golf at Kooyonga tomorrow so that should do something, its the mandatory beers after that will kill it off though..... :cry:

I know its no excuse but have had a tough week emotionally - sickness in the family and are close friends with the family that had the toddler nearly drown in their pool this week....

unfortuatnely cant see things getting better next week, wifes due to drop No. 2 anyday now

Im having 4 weeks off once it happens so thats going to be my window of opportunity to get under 120...

well i think i better join this. I currently weight 107, just measured a bit of a jump since last time i measured.

my aim is to see only two numbers on the scales, going for 99.

I think I'm going to go for the no beer on weeknights, which could be very hard as my mates and i have a local pub night on Wednesdays. can anyone tell me how bad for the gut drinking spirits straight is? (I've a taste for Irish whiskeys).

Walk to work (id guess a half hour walk) at least once a week (i only work two days a week).

daily runs/walks (with council elections atm I'm doing plenty of letter boxing for various people)

no junk food, plenty of fruit and vege's, and id say most importantly for me no food after dinner.

A schooner of heavy beer has ~ 120 kcals,

1 shot nip of straight spirits (30 ml) has 64 kcals (40%), add coke 120 ml and it is an extra 48 kcals, water (soda or tap) has no kcals

straight scotch or scotch and water is better than drinking beer, if you can handle it......

Noone a 500ml coke has the equivalent of 10 teaspoons of sugar[?}
Diet coke has no or little sugar, in its place there is some suspect additives.

I tip the scales at 96kg and I'm 6'2"....I would not mind getting to 90kg but it seems like to much work to give up the amber fluid which would contribute to most of the weight as I eat reasonably well except for downing a large pizza to myself some weekends watching the footy with the lads.

I suppose I could drink light beer but then I'd have to go shoot myself....

Any suggestions?
