Paragon at Happy Valley.

Nice gym but now I am not a student and having to pay the full rate. Finding it a bit out of the budget ATM.

Looks like back to running the streets, bike and doing my own sit up/push ups etc....

BST Fitness on Sherriff Street Underdale, Brad Townsend, A MACHINE!! He trains a lot of the CDFC boys, I joined just under 2 weeks ago, between last Saturday & yestarday I have lost 1.8kg & my shorts are loose & I already fit into shirts that I couldn't 2 weeks ago. Bloody hard work though.

I have been going to Brad's training for the last 3 years and can definitely recommend it. Watching Justin Hardy run around the block with his shirt off has been the highlight so far. It is hard work though (the training... not watching Justin Hardy).

My missus just started at there last week after changing from her old gym and absolutely loves it there, she's going four times a week splitting her time between her own workout and classes like RPM, ABT and body attack. We went there and had a bit of a look last Sunday, looks pretty neat being pretty much brand spanking new.

She'd recommend to anyone that lives in the area looking for a new gym.

Anytime Fitness @ Campbellotown

Great value for money - haggled my way down to a mere $60 joining fee and $50 a month. Has three power cages and a good range of equipment. Just gotta wade through a sea of Walios during peak times.

most anytime fitness are pretty good. I only use it when I go early hours of the morning, other then that I train at a private gym.
