Good stuff boon.

Down to 82 this week, dropped another 1kg. Pretty happy with that considering how little I have actually done this week in the way of exercise. Almost half way to the goal after two weeks!

Piss week, soft, no heart, or determination,

still 96 kg

Basically succumbing to snacks during the day at work, need to cut back on the energy consumption and boost up the exercise.

SOFT!!!!!! :x :x :x   :Hangman:
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I put on 700gms this week so I am back up to 79.1 kg.

I blame my grandma - I saw her on Tuesday night and she told me how good her pizza was for tea, and that I should go and get one for myself. So I did and I ate the whole thing as I was hungry!

Good work gents on all of the above! Still hovering myself about 84kg, seems to be the damn plateau weight. Can't really count the 8kg I lost a month or so ago.

Have a binge weekend coming up with my pending 30th to celebrate, so no doubt will have some work to do next week.

Have a good one you salad dodgers!!
