108 to 106.5 so -1.5 (6ft),sadly with today being my birthday and going out for dinner and the obligitory birthday beers shout at work,my only hope is some adult fun tonight in order to keep that 1.5 off.Cmon Mrs.Boon,help me out. :wink:

Weighed in at 83 this morning, so that's a 2kg loss for me. Top work everyone, the real challenge is continuing...

FC dropped a poultry 800g this week, mind you cant say I was really trying (obviously)

3 minutes is a marathon for me..... lucky I am the foreplay master..... my tounge can go at 200 strokes per minute... ( but then I need a 5 min spell)............. dont you hate it when they say 'Keep Going"...

BTW.......... 123.5 YYAAAAHOOOOOO..... down 1.5 kg..... dutchy you fat bastard!!!!!!!!!! cant believe I had cold meat and salad for dinner tonite..... WTF is going on ...... Mrs Grub looked at me and nearly fell over!!!!!
