Breaking habits or forming better ones, can be hard to do sometimes, but I reckon that's the hardest part because the training and eating really isn't so difficult.

Great post. Are you a fitness trainer?

WebMD is used world wide by health care specialised so I think it answer your question.

A nutritionist is best for weight loss. Also what would those cases be where you can't use it? Heart Disease, High blood pressure, Diabetes?

There is some cases where weight gain is out of a person control, the main one would be medication.

Come on Bully thought you where a bodybuilder for 4 years? You shouldn't need anything to lose weight. Isn't that fat turning into muscle like you claimed?

Webmd is used by normal people looking up information on the internet. It is not a medical journal that is a fact! First step is 2 always c a doctor. I may not train with professional athletes, but this is the truth. You need 2 get medically checked before starting any weight loss/ exercise program. The doctor can then refer you 2 other allied health professionals.

So why do doctors use it to show side effects of prescription drugs then? Also I wouldn't be reading too many of the "medical journals" you see on the internet especially when it comes to anything to do with the fitness industry. Supplement companies have been making false crap up for years so it looks like they have evidence to back up there claims. How is a doctor that has no experience going to tell you about a diet plan? Exercise program yes to some degree if you have had or have a medical condition which may prevent you from doing certain exercise programs. Unless you have or have had a medical condition then it really isn't necessary to see a doctor before starting to eat healthy and exercise. If you are going to take supplements like fat burners, test boosters or pre workouts then I would consult a doctor about the ingredients in them, or if you really need to take them.

I did figure that would be the case, or health issues like glandular malfunction or something .. But in the main I reckon what I said is fairly accurate.

Everbody is different. We are not all professional athletes like some posters. But the message is always the same. See doctor first. Lifestyle changes. What effort you put in, you will get out. Goodluck mate. Any try 2 having a healthier life is a positive one. Should not have simple minded fools on here posting uninformed info.

Haha all good mate. He has some good points. Just a little uneducated. But anybody that has helped someone lose 50kgs has done a great job. People will find what suits them. That is why there is so much out there.

Na mate, just an average Joe who gave it a go and was surprised by how many beliefs I'd developed that were massively wrong, and following the right advice made a huge impact, and quickly.

Kickinit i have talked a mate into using duromine. He is about 100kgs. He will start in 2 weeks. I will start a new topic duromine v professional athelete. He will get his body fat % measured. I will post photos of him at start and during his gradually weight loss. Post his fluid and food intake each day. Plus i will get him 2 tell me his thoughts. Honest opinions. I challenge you 2 find someone similar weight/body fat % and over 3 months see who loses the most weight.

I've never gone away your the one that went away crying because you got caught out telling lies. I'm still waiting on the info of how to turn fat into muscle. The funny thing is if you say you where a body builder for 4 years why you asking about a drug that is used on obese people for weight lose?

And i'm sick of hearing everybody is different and they'll find what works best for them. News Flash to anyone thinking this the ONLY way to lose weight is to have a calorie deficit if you don't have a calorie deficit you are not going to lose weight. If you guys actually knew what you where talking about and had some experience in the field you would actually know this and stop talking this crap you are talking.

You've talked a mate into using Duromine and whats your qualification to tell him he should be using it. You give me 2 weeks to find someone to train. For starters I don't find people to train they come to me, I don't get paid for it I do it because the person has asked me help. And at the moment i'm not training anyone as I have a show coming up in may, which your more then welcome to come and watch. The funny thing is your mate is 100kg and you think he needs duromine? Mate stop talking the crap he doesn't need a drug thats going to put him at risk of health issue, he needs to get of the couch and do some exercise and eat healthy and would easily be down to 80kgs in 3 months without the health issues.
