On a world scale we are more than competitive. On a touring car scale we are the strongest domestic touring car series. Our Formula Ford and F3 teams win internationally. Our sports cars are always competitive in their categories when racing overseas.

They struggled, off the pace in all 5 sessions. Will take a while but they will get quicker. Funnily enough I think Baird and Klein in the GTs were quicker!

The Commodores look like the FG Fords from side on now. They've even taken on the same looking rear wing design.

It's a shame the Mercedes performance doesn't match it's looks or sound!

Totally new cars that they only got to start driving about a month ago. Theyll get better. And its not like they have top of the range drivers in them. Holdsworth and Slade are up and comers, but not at elite level yet. Id be more worried about the Kelly boys in the Nissans
