House exchange?

Would you do it? Know anyone that has? Many websites around that orgnaise it, such as
http://www.aussiehouseswap.com.au/
I'd give it a shot i reckon. Your house only sits there when you're away.
Swapping somewhere in Europe or the US for a few months would be the go. Somehwere where you could base yourself from.
save plenty of $'s
would be good with a young family etc.

I'm off on teacher exchange to Canada next year, taking the family, doing the whole house swap thing. Can't wait. The paperwork is mind boggling though. Haven't even discussed swapping cars yet which I believe can be a nightmare if things go wrong
