Im heading to Koh Samui in July, all expensives paid trip through work.

Who has been there before, and what is like ?

I know very little about the place.

Went there as part of honeymoon trip 5 years ago. Not really anything to do but hang about the hotel, beach or a bar. Overall I was disappointed, but if I was offered a free trip, I certainly wouldn't say no! Hotels didn't have the granduer/wow factor I expected... We stayed at the Chaweng Regent.

Yeah, im hearing it is a bit of a honeymoon spot...the hanging around hotel, beach or bars part seems to suit nicely though !

Not sure where im staying as yet, get my itinary next week.
