Having a suit made in Hong Kong

I'm thinking about a holiday in Hong Kong to take the opportunity of having a couple of suits made. I've heard the city is renowned for it's tailors and that they can often knock up a suit inside a couple of days at a reasonable price.

I was wondering if anyone has had clothes made in Hong Kong and what your experiences of it were?

Depends on which tailor makes it (ie) you'll get what you pay for

I get mine done at William Cheng & Son in Kowloon - do you want the address?

They are middle of the range cost depending on the exchange rate at about AUD600 with 2 pairs of pants

Shirts are about AUD55 and very good value

I had several made in Singapore a few years ago by a couple of Indian guys in 2 days - good workmanship, fine wool and silk fabric - and at a fraction of Adelaide prices.

Yes, if you could PM me the address that'd be great.

Cheers
