For anyone that follows the F1 - Mark Webber has finished third in the German (European) GP.

Great effort to take his 2nd career podium.

Very nearly cocked it all up on the 2nd last corner with Wurz on his hammer, but hund on to grab third.

Humdinger of a start. Never thought I would see a Spyker sitting in pole position on the starting grid!

And to think, he should have been in a Renault for the last three years but he turned it down. What a smart move that was Mark

I disagree with Hamilton being allowed back in the race. Its only if the car was in a dangerous position that it can be put back on track by the marshals. The car was against the tyre barrier. The commentators compared it to the Schuey incident there a few years back, but his car was half on the track.

Not sure how you could possibly think the car wasn't in a dangerous position. 4 or 5 cars nearly hit him!

And I didn't think there was ever a Renault offer for him.

And by the time his car was removed and put back on the track the red flag was out and the cars were back stationary on the grid.

Flavio said last year (when Mark was negotiating the contract with Red Bull) that he told Mark there was a spot for him at Renault in place of Fisichella if he wanted it, but Mark said no, he thought Williams would be a stronger team so went there when he left Jaguar.

He didn't actually, he was fourth all race, and only Raikonnen went out out ahead of him.
