whatever happened to louise stacey ? as if you recall she was going to be the next big thing in australian womens tennis some years ago & she just 'fell of the face of the earth'. i know her father trained pacers & trotters & sold up everything to help her as she progressed through the juniors & to pay for travelling & accomadation that went with it, but i was wondering whether this glamour had bad injuries, lack of motivation or just wasn't good enough

Just wasn't good enough.

IIRC, she dominated the Adelaide tennis comp for years after she gave away the women's tour...
