go the maroons, now for a 3-0 whitewash

i missed the man of the match award at the end so I don't know who got it, but there was no clearly outstanding player for either side although i thought hunt was solid all night, was certainly tested enough. tate was good before getting injured and leaving the field. thurston was a bit off tonight but came good towards the end

cameron smith for QLD. plays for melbourne storm.
played well out of dummy half. made some good yards running up the middle

yeah thats a fair call. it was the repeated dummy half runs that just were so effective, a few good ones that broke the line, which is more than i can say for nsw. anyone see fatty's comment after the game? sterlo and johns were analysing nsw game and he stops them and says "how about finding a centre who can break the line", lmao. its true though, it was so one dimensional. "where is lockyer, lets run at him" meanwhile it was thurston who drove most of the kicking game
