We've got Melvin Thomas in for his first game, he never liked the Kings so hopefully he does some damage.

just got back from Syd Ent Centre and watched the 36ers great win

Observations, basketball in this country is in real trouble, standard is ordinary and crowds are poor in numbers and uneducated

Considering the kings success, they have to give tickets away, two thirds of the small crowd are school kids

On the 36ers

I must say Marcus Timmons played his role, he showed great leadership and did plenty of work of the ball, especially protecting Maher and Ng

Horvarth, good player who has had a fantastc season, but tonight he was throwing bricks

Farley, now I am a big fan, but a times willie looks dis-interested, and he would rather look good and miss the tough flashy shot, rather then making the high % shot and not looking so FLASH

Majstrovich and Ng, both these players are young but worth sticking with, long term they may be the key to the 36ers future, Ng needs to get himself in the GYM

Nash, lacks confidence at the moment and needs to start to deliver on a more consistent basis

Maher, this guy's work rate is second to none, he is the money man, he demands the ball when the money shot needs to be made, he just works himself to the ground, he has to be the most RESPECTED player in the league

Couldn't have picked a better game to go see. Cheers to the scalper who sold us half-court seats at the ticket booth for $10.

One thing's for sure - we are a one man team. Brett Maher willed the Sixers to win that game. That reverse lay-up inside the last minute to put us by three was just plain rude.

Fat Boy Timm looked horribly out of shape. Still has nice touch though.

Willie was pretty cold for most of the night. Still takes way too many bad shots for my liking - like the fadeaway lean with about three minutes to go.

Great win but we just don't have enough talent...
