V8 Supercars in Bahrain - WARNING: SPOILER

Ford wrapped up the manufacturers championship yet again with Jason Bright winning the round in Bahrain.
Bright won race one on Friday Night, Tander won race 2 and Todd Kelly race 3 but Bright had the best overall results with a 2nd, 1st and 2nd.

Lowndes has closed the gap on Rick Kelly in the championship race to a mere 7 points and sets up what should be a ripper Grand Final in December.
Kelly actually extended his lead over Lowndes in Race 1 but his steering went in race 2.
It appeared Lowndes would regain the lead in the championship but R.Kelly too his Commodore from near last to 5th after a good strategy of staying out longer than other teams for their pit stop.

Weird surface to race to and it was weird with virtually noone in the grand stands, great exposure but I can't see how they can justify it if noone turns up to watch the event. Jack Daniels racing had to change their sponsorship to say "Jack Lives Here" due to anti alcohol advertising laws in Bahrain.
