Well preseason games are starting soon, thought I'd start a new thread.
I follow the Jets. Looks like Sanchez will win the starting job from Clemens, although Clemens is starting the first preseason game, but they should get equal reps. Still a little thin at WR, but with our 3 running backs (Jones, Washington and Greene) I don't think it will be an issue.
Defense is going to be our strength. The additions during off-season and with Rex Ryan as HC means our defense are going to be blitzing like crazy and smashing offenses to bits. Really looking forward to watching our games.
Unless Sanchez lights it up in his first season I see the Jets finishing 8W 8L and missing out on the playoffs.
Hopefully OneHD show more than 2/3 games a week, but I can usually find a Jets game online somewhere.

Am happy that he's getting a second chance and if he can get it done in Philly, he is truly a great player as their fans are as brutal as there is.

A lot of voices in Philly at the moment regarding Vick... talking about protests, cancelling advertising etc... one thing with the Philly people, they don't hold back.
Will be interested how he goes in the final 2 preseason games. Rumours are the NFL won't let him play regular season till week 6 or 7.

Just watched the Jets pre-season game. Sanchez threw a beautiful first pass and did well for the little time he got to play. Clemens was serviceable from his short time on the field too. I think Sanchez is ahead for the starters spot. Sanchez will start the next pre-season game against the Ravens - really looking forward to this. Ravens D vs rookie QB and their old coach. Should be good for the 10 or so plays Sanchez will get.

The Commisioner has to make his ruling by Week 6 but he can at any point up until then. I think if Vick does everything right and continues to show remorse and be humble the commish will reinstate him sooner than week 6.

They're hard to find, but I torrent them.

Meanwhile Chad Ochocinco (Johnson - yes the Bengal's WR) kicked the extra point after his touchdown catch in the 7-6 win over New England. Apparently their kicked had a tight groin, so Chad kicked the point himself.
Wonder if I can draft him in my fantasy team as a kicker now, hahah.
