A Thebby show? That sounds interesting. Seen a few shows there, it`s a good location for wrestling. Wonder if they have something big planned for the show, it can fit a much bigger crowd.

Possible NWA Australian title match and Cooper v Slater match at the Thebby event.

They will need something bigger than that to have a decent crowd there.

Yeah, Im guessing there would be an 'international' flavour of some sort to move there for a gig.
Im hoping its a TNA wrestler or 2!

I don't think so as TNA is no longer part of the NWA. Maybe the NWA World Champ. Have to what to see what happens at Ground Zero.

Most fans wouldn`t know what the NWA title is or who the current champ is (I think it`s Adam Pearce from ROH).
I know Jag and Havok spent a bit of time in Japan, maybe they have some connections to bring some talent in.
Did they hint at the last EPW show of any big news (last year they mentioned something about international talent, from memory)?

Well EPW had 1 half of the NWA tag team champs here for a show Karl 'Machine Gun' Anderson.

I believe that is not the same NWA as in the States.

I believe that it is, just check the NWA website. It has results from EPW Perth and EPW Adelaide.

Ok. The NWA must be really bad these days then.
TNA talent are allowed to attend some indy promotions (except for ROH who are on PPV) in the States and other countries, so we might see a couple from there. Would be good.

Is Slater a heel now? Might need to fill me in how that happened. Looking forward to the show (although it might not be the quality of the 8 shows I saw in Tokyo in one week

).

Turned his back against his friend Greg Graham and had a best 2 out of 3 falls match at the last event.

Rumble In Rundle - (SA)
EPW Adelaide & Mix 102.3 presents ‘RUMBLE IN RUNDLE’
On Monday the 25th of August at 12 noon, Explosive Pro Wrestling in conjunction with Mix 102.3 will present for the very first time in South Australian history, a pro wrestling exhibition in Rundle Mall.
John Riddell from Mix 102.3 & Channel 7 will be facing off against Mark Aiston from Channel 10 in a pro wrestling grudge match. These two have been battling it out on the air for the past week and Explosive Pro Wrestling is helping them to sort out their differences.
Riddell and Aiston are scheduled to face off at high noon on Monday the 25th of August, right out the front of the Myer Centre, and no one knows what to expect. EPW-A wrestlers will be on hand to make sure things don’t get out of control during the match, but with a lot of bad blood amongst the wrestlers themselves, something is bound to happen.
Be there for the excitement, free give-aways and much more.

It was a arm wrestle with Aiston winning by DQ I think when Jag and co interfered.
This set up a match
Aiston, Jayson Cooper, Robby Heart and The Golden Aztec def Jag, Dick and Balls and Damian Slater.
A pretty entertaining 5 minute match in front of a big crowd.
Aiston was in tights like Angle and should shave his back, it was that hairy.
