Won by 22pts, crikey, huge win, Kings were top, we were near the bottom, no Maher in the 2nd half.
Finals prospects will rest on Maher though.
Import Hodge sounded good tonight.

would have to say our best performance by a long shot this year, these guys have to nouse and know how, just too inconsistent, hopefully by belting the top side may give them some more belief and confidence and lead us on to bigger and better things :D

went to my forst NBL game for 2 years tonight (I used to be a season tickholder), still a really good night out, esp when you have courtside tickets and we beat the kings!

Ballinger is a dead set star, sign him now, a big guy with an outside game who you can build a serious team around, Davidson excellent for a little guy and got in the face of the Kings henchmen, new import Hodge as excellent but would have loved to have seen his outside shot, everytime he got the ball it was a drive to the hoop, didnt take a shot futher than 6 feet from the basket....the crowd was back to its best tonight, real loud and even got under Goorjain's skin as late in the game he reacted to the boos!

very enjoyable night...seriously thinking about going again Wed night even though its the Fox game

That's actually a nice change, over the year following the 6ers its always been constantly frustrating the amount of players we have who don't take it to the hoop and insist on the outside shot.

Agree we've been known for the free flowing outside game for a long time but haven't had the cattle in recent times. It was a sweet feeling to see Mee or Maher open outside the arc, swish!
