I would like to go, as it would be a good evening, but it's a touch too far to go. If you brought a ring side seat, you can be part of the meet and great Raven and others.

Would have loved to have gone being a huge TNA fan but too far.
Didn't get home from lawn bowls till nigh on 6pm tonight so would have been too hard.

You would have had plenty of time WEDGIE they were running very very late .
I am about to post my thoughts.

OK so my daughter and myself made our way from Taperoo to Golden grove .And anyone who knows me knows about myself and getting lost driving(cue my lad and driving to certain ovals).But we made it half an hour early and in plenty of time for the 6pm meet and greet .And wouldn't you know it they were running very very late .The meet and greet took place around 7 .Anyway my lass bought a tshirt and we waited with baited breath for Raven.And i should point out she got on very well with one wrestler with big sideburns and i chatted with a Tasmanian wrestler who works in vic and nsw for PCW and IWA (they are on channel 31).
So the great man arrives and he got straight into signing autographs etc.i managed to get my Lass to the front of the line and get a signature.She was so pumped and excited ,there was better to come for us but that was latter.
Anyway onto the matches and the second downer of the night this is the first aussie wrestling show I had been to in a couple of years .And they had no programs so giving everyone a rundown of who won etc is not really going to happen .Being over 40 my mind cannot recall names all that well.
So the first match saw John E Radic return to HRPW and in a tag match with dragon spawn against the icemen.If anyone has ever seen a john E match he is aussie wrestling he is all show .and to be truthfull he had lost nothing and has become a face doing heel moves ie Rick Fliar.
oh john and dragon spawn won.
After this match Ace Wilson came out and cleaned house and went over big with the crowd .
I think the second match was between a joel bateman with his valet (forgot her name was introduced )and a vic wrestler who was dressed like flash gordon. Well flash was all over joel even had joels manager but the hair and dragging her into the ring .But joel got the win.
Disturbing match number 1 was between Tony Stone and some guy from hollywood who could have been blarzay from the old bunit days.What the hell has tony stone done to himself he used to come out all in black with a snake.It was really awful watching him come out in skin toned body suit with a painted on gstring .the only one impressed was a young lady sitting near us lol.Yuk and tony won.
The next disturbing match for a different reason was supposed to be between Luscious Lola against Malicious Mallori.Well Lola was there and yes was Luscious but her opponent turned out to be Blake Mitchell.And being a fan of TNA he did rip off kip james re womens wrestling.But after a short match almost won by Lola Blake won.
At interval Raven came out and answered questions and yes I asked him a question I asked if he enjoyed matches like the montser ball he was in .Its a pity a lot of the crowd didn't really know wrestling outside the WWE.
As well as questions we got to have our pictures taken with RAVEN!!!! So I tried to get my lass up she was not going to as she is shy .So of i went and she decided to come along as well.To strands of 'oh my god' coming from her mouth as i paid the young lass our money we got into the ring.And this was a first for me its not that easy to get through the ropes and walking on the matt was not what i thought.But we both had our picture taken with the great man .With my lass saying i love you raven and me shaking his hand and saying thank you for all the years of wrestling.and he was a nice chap of my age
The next two matches first one was a 6 man tag team with the guy my lass liked losing to the local lads.
And the TV champ belt match cannon ball losing it to mitchell.

The mainevent was great he bashed rocky from wall to wall .And he was using the eblt on rocky and giving it to young kids in the crowd to hold .He did get screwed out of the belt by the ref and rocky retained.Rocky and mitchell preceded to get stuck into raven and cannon ball came out and got laid out.And Raven got a second wind and destroyed rocky and mitchell with signature moves of drop toe holds into a chair etc.And raven brought mitchells valet into the ring she may not ware such a tiny tiny skirt next event and she got her ass spanked.I should point out after my question of montser ball match Raven tried to put rocky through the fence in front of me or was that the fence through my legs
After the match Raven gave a great speech and had the crowd doing a mexican wave and filming us all .
That was a really great night enjoyed it and will probably go back to more aussie wrestling.
And just for the record i did get lost on the way home somehow in the pouring rain and lighting I managed to get us 5 km's from birdwood
So we left home at 4.55pm and arrived back home at midnight what a long night.

I also went. Took me an hour to get there. Meeting and speaking to Raven was cool. The show was crap compared to the EPW shows, and went for way too long.

EPW would take me an hour
to bad no one comes to port adelaide anymore

MMM thanks mighty Eagles but I think I upset a few apple carts re that wrestling fed . My mouth got into gear before my brain did

Yeah but they didn't post on the net that they thought the main wrestler was boring to watch when he used to wrestle for JPW.

Then again i did upset a tag team from EPW perth at one time they got over it so you'd think this guy may have.

Just hope that the wrestler loses the ladder match at the next EPW show.
