After making it through to the 3rd round of Survivor 15 auditions both Nick "Motorboat" Jolly and Tommy "Yoda" Javor were unsucessful in their attempts to become reality TV show stars. TV,s loss is Na Fiannas gain. :D

I am thinking about playing Gaelic this summer - I admit I don't know much about the game, is it as full-on as Aussie Rules? I'm a footy player but I'm pretty small and get knocked around a lot so it'd be nice to play something where I don't get concussion every third game. What women's teams are there? (I'm a girl in case the bright-pink fish didn't give it away ;) )
Hey Goose, ya big stud! Take me to bed or lose me for ever.

Hey Spaz, lotsa girls from Aussie Rules and Soccer playing in Gaelic Womens comp in summer (Oct - Mar) at St Marys. Keep an eye on http://www.gaelicfootballsa.com.au for details (although site hasn't been updated for about ten weeks). Off season at mo and State teams getting ready for Australasian Championships in Auckland in Sept/Oct.

Sean Dunne is down from Roxby and called me earlier tonight looking for some Paddys supposed to be training for Hurling at St Marys. He was the only one there. Apparently some guy in a pub told nim it was on tonight. Happened before, a couple of months ago. So for any actual Hurlers out there, get your act together if you're going to play the great ancient game of Hurling at St Marys and don't end up like the WA Hurlers and try to row your own boat - that might not work here. You'll need the support of the locals (Aussies) to make a go of it. Sean dunne is trying to support ye - don't stuff him around. It's a long way to come from Roxby.

Good to see more people wanting to get on board the Gaelic footy bandwagon. It's definitely not as full on as AFL in the tackling/contact part of the game & most teams train at most once a week (if any). The rules are also quite simple (they must be if Motorboat picked them up  )
As ONO says, all the girls teams are on the web site, if you don't have any friends aligned with any other club i think that the general concessus is that Na Fianna is the best club to be part of! :D

With as many as 10 players coming from the Fortress of Falconry (home of the MotorBoat Mound) over the summer Gaelic months transport may be an issue. A few rumours floating around that the MotorBoat himself will be funding the DirtyGuns MotorBus Express from PNU each Fri/Sunday. This may be due to the fact that he was responsible for breaking Tommy DirtyGuns big toe in a very nasty game of couch Soccer recently  . Mooseys name has been put forward as the driver with the obligatory McFlurry run after each game. When asked to comment Moose said...."Not a 100% certain on that" *insert furious short+sharp head shake*

With what Na Fianna are paying N Jolly per game he'd want to provide a little bit of money to the Dirtbag for transportation  $-)

Glad you liked it mate  A lot of what i say is not fit for forums....Anyway, The State Primary Schools Cup did get postponed today because of the weather. It may be either this Thursday coming or perhaps early next term so ill be in touch regarding the equipment Mr Gunn.
Now MBK your sticking your nose into more issues than Julia Gillard. To think that i would have been able to operate a telephone after 6 hours on MotorBoat Mound (which is the outer wing at PNU and not some sort of sexual possy with big Jolls for those of you that are not following) is absurd. More importantly its unthinkable that i would make a late night drunken phone call ;) But i did get a filthy 2 am text from you Milky. In the words of Moose..."I was left shaken and stirred, horr horr" :)
