Today's scores
Nashville 4 Anaheim 2 - Nashville wins 4-2
Philadelphia 5 Buffalo 4 OT - Series tied at 3
Chicago 4 Vancouver 3 OT - Series tied at 3
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

First series win in history for the predators.
Reigning champs chicago cone back from 3-0 series deficit to force game 7. No. 1 seeds and presidents trophy winning canucks looking shaky and will be lucky to get out of this one

I watched the Blackhawks Canucks match was a terrific last quarter with an interception being Chicago's killer elimination

Hard match up for caps against fellow SE div team Tampa. Both teams know each other inside out, both team very solid in defence but im hoping the class of the caps' forwards will see us through.
Im going: Caps in 6
Canucks in 6
Red Wings in 5
Flyers in 7

San Jose 2-1 OT Detroit. San Jose lead series 1-0

The caps sucked this morning, forwards were poor abd defenders lazy, have thrown away home advantage. Crucial game 2 coming up, if we go down 2-0 series willbe over

Another poor effort from the caps offence, had twice the ammount of shots but couldnt put them away. Have blown our home advantage and with our pathetic playoff history it wouldnt suprise me if we get swept in the series

Have been away for a week and haven't followed the scores, Pittsburgh were winning 3-1 in the series with TB
WTF happened
No crosby & Malkin didn't help, but to blow a 3-1 series lead is ridiculous
Now they might roll the capitals as well, but that is normal for the capitals to bomb out early in the playoffs

Hey we got past one round this year :D
Seriously though it is quiet embarassing to finish so high and bomb out every year.
The pengs were home and hosed and several chances in games to kill them off but tampa stuck in and did enough in the end

Todays Results.
Tampa Bay 4-3 Washington. Tampa Bay lead series 3-0
Nashville 2-3 OT Vancouver. Vancouver lead series 2-1
Another poor effort from the caps today, dominated the shots again and led 3-2 after 2 periods. Defending was poor and conceded 2 goals in 20 seconds during 3rd period. Game 4 is tomorrow and id say we will capitulate meekly and be swept 4-0.

One of my Facebook friends is a Tampa Bay fan and it looks like that's what has happened. Very poor by the Caps.
