Might wait then don't want to jump on a bangwagon.

It is actually quite enjoyable watching all games as a neutral

Jump on the Skins, perennial midle of the road side but hopefully on the way up.
Could never be accused of a bandgwagoner as I think im the only Skins supporter in Australia

Apparently the Raiders, Rams or Chargers are a chance in the next 1-5 years. My money would be the Raiders.

How many years has this meant to be happening for again?

wont happen imho... last time ended out being a massive loss for the organisation, however they did have short term success with a superbowl win but in the end was a loss... it's been talked about for a while that LA do want a franchise...

New stadium being built, (which the Raiders were crying out for when they left), by the company that owns the lakers and the galaxy, who will be desperate to get the Raiders back in la.

Well that will be another reason to dislike them even more.
Can slightly tolerate them in Oakland but if they go back to LA they will be right up there on my hate list, slighty behind Philly and the Cowgirls

There is a doco floating around about why the Raiders left LA. Plenty of reasons why they left, but the biggest was the owner at the time.

Agree whufc, have really enjoyed trying to understand the culture and jargon of it over the last couple of years, but also makes you appreciate how great Aussie Rules is, and the toughness of the Rugby League players.

Get on the Vikes to avoid the bandwagon!! 3rd last overall last year, no superbowl wins, numerous losses, plenty of heartbreak including 1998 and 2009. Much like following the Dogs up until 2000. Probably go close to finishing last in NFC North this year too despite a good start.

Go for the Bengals. On our way up with our QB Andy Dalton being only one of three QBs to hit 20+ TD passes in each of his first two seasons (other 2 were P Manning and Marino). We play an exciting game, have never won a SB (came awfully close in the 80s, damn you Montana!) and have the best uniforms in the world!
Also on a 3 game winning streak and at the edge of playoff contention. 8)

Id say go for the Texans, but now that we're going alright it would seem like you're jumping on the bandwagon.

I started following them when they entered the NFL a decade ago. Id been following the NFL and playing Madden for about a year before they came into the comp. After slugging away at the bottom for most of that time, the success they're having now makes it all the more exciting.

when i was a lot younger i followed miami coz my dad did,
then when i got older i started following QB's a bit more
so i went for pats coz of Bledsloe and Steelers coz of Big Ben.

when brady took over as QB coz Bledsloe got injured i hated him at first, now i like him and dont mind the pats again/

but there is no team i am passionate about really.
soft spot for miami coz of my dad growing up and then steelers coz thats the team i sorta chose myself.

ill just go for whoever i have money on

I was a bit like johno, I was looking to follow good QB's.

I wanted to stear clear of the Brady's, Mannings, Rodgers etc so i chose the falcons as Matt Ryan was just entering the system and on his way to being a very good player in an up and coming team. The falcons are yet to win a SB either (our last appearance was in 99, so it'll be exciting if we do get the opportunity in the next few years to contest one.

Mad Bears fan here as most know.

My advice mate is dont pick a side, keep watching games without a preference and you will find that a side will pick you, whether that be the Bengals or the Skins or a young upcoming team like that, You will find yourself being drawn to certain players and atmospheres and that will pick your team for you.

Yeah good advice, funnily enough I am slowly been drawn to the redskins, had a pretty tidy collect on them against Dallas so I was barracking pretty hard, also my 3 year old daughter thought they were west ham because of the maroon.
