What needs to get better in the UFC is the judging! It's horrendous at the moment.[/quote]

The problem is that the UFC does not control the judges - they are appointed by an outside body and they still use boxing judges and expect them to judge MMA. As MMA continues to grow hopefully the judging will evolve as the fighters have.
UFC 134 a great show for the local Brazillians with Shogun, Big Nog and Anderson Silva all winning by stoppage. Silva on another level to most other fighters and renewed talk of a superfight with GSP in 2012. Also rumoured that Overeem will sign with the UFC and fight as early as new years day?

Given that Zuffa now own Strikeforce, the only thing holding Overeem back from fighting in the UFC is Overeem himself.

Watched it at a pub on Sunday, was an enjoyable show. No submissions, all knock-outs or decisions. The main event was very predictable though.

He's currently out of contract and supposedly negotiating with Zuffa to fight in the UFC, not too interested in him to be honest, as with the majority of Strikeforce fighters he's not a top ten fighter, and will get exposed against top quality opposition.

I enjoyed 132. Really hanging for the lightweight and heavyweight title bouts.

Well actually he is ranked in the top 10 and so are a few other Strikeforce Heavyweights.
MMA Rankings have him at 4 with Werdum at 8 and Bigfoot at 9. Sherdog have him at 3 with Werdum 4, Bigfoot 8 and Barnett 10, and
ESPN have him at 4, Bigfoot 5, Barnett 7 and Werdum 9.

I agree that he needs a top 5 UFC HW scalp to justify the hype. The victory over Werdum (very disappointing fight IMO) pushed him up the rankings as Werdums ranking soared from his Fedor victory. Interesting Fedor is in no ones top 10 anymore and I think they all have overrated that Werdum victory given the subsequent Fedor losses to Bigfoot and Dan Henderson.
I also think that he would get exposed against the top 5 UFC HW's but would love to see those fights. Time will tell!

The Werdum fight was a disgrace, not completely Overeems fault though. If he came in it would definately add some hype to the HW division which is the weakest division IMO, mainly due to injuries. I like the look of bigfoot Silva, as you mentioned about Fedor it was interesting to hear DAna White's comments about him after he lost to Hendo, obviously never been a fan!

Dana was just pissed that Fedor never signed with the UFC after they continuously courted him and offered buckets of money.

Hopefully Lesnar gets fit for it. Can see him withdrawing from that fight.

Another great Strikeforce card.
For those who did not see it, Barnett and Cormier both dominated with first round stoppages.

Yep, he won easily.

Who will beat Jones? Certainly not Evans, his next opponent.

He looks such a complete fighter, Rampage never looked like winning. Watched the fight at The Highway, a mate had a multi running and needed Rampage to win for an $800 dollar return. Needless to say he was pretty disappointed with the result!

Geez, when I heard the fight was on, I thought it'd be over much quicker than it was. I would've thought Jones was too fast, agile, have too many different weapons and be too big for Jackson.

Great fight, but I would've had Jones at $1.50 or less in that fight. "Stylistically" as Joe Rogan says, the match up was very one sided. All Jones needed to do was stop the "one punch" that could've ended it. He did that very well.

Rashad will be a different kettle of fish for Jones. Rashad fought a similar way to Jones when Rashad beat Jackson recently. He dodged and weaved, got out of pockets and didn't let Jackson corner him and slug it out. I think Rashad will match Jones much more evenly. And I don't think this one will be over quickly.

Jones is starting to remind me of Anderson Silva with his movement and striking techniques. I don't think he's as good as striker as Anderson but similar in his lithe physique and agility.
