I was gobsmacked. Couldn't get up from the lounge chair and now I am facing a horror stretch at work trying to catch up.
As a pretty-much one-eyed Boston fan and a financial member of the RedSox Nation I never really thought I could get wrapped up in a non-Boston game let alone a game-six World series heart-stopper. Boston went to a seven series in 2007 and tomorrow is the first time the world series has gone to seven since I think

Pretty sure you swept the Rockies in 2007.
Think the last 7 game series was Angels v Giants in 2002.
Die hard Yankee fan but i have bern swept up by the Cards and their Cinderella story, that 9th and 10th innings was some of the gutsiest ive seen in a long time, to think they were 1 pitch away from losing in both innings is unreal

I'll have to look that up. My memory is awful these days. Yankees are clones of Collingwood aren't they? Everyone except their fans hate them. I wore a Boston cap through JFK last year and copped plenty of sledging which was entertaining especially when I replied with Aussie accent.

I may be wrong, only going off memories. I think you guys had a cracker series in the ALCS against the Indians, might have been 7 games.
Very well known fact that you either love the Yankees or hate them, ive grown up loving them but i also appreciate good baseball and this post season has been awesome

I agree 100%. Who are you going for tomorrow? I'm hoping the Cardinals only because Texans think they are bigger and better that the rest of the universe.

cards win... Fantastic effort by them, considering with 5 games to go they were 3 games out of the wild card spot... Texas threw this away though!!!
