Triple Threat Match announced for GROUND ZERO

J-Rock, Jimmy Scarlet and the Golden Aztec will face each other in a triple threat match up at GROUND ZERO. J-Rock is confident coming into this match after picking up his first singles victory last month in EPW with a win over Cletus Blood. Jimmy Scarlet fought hard in the Knightmare Challenge at the last event, but was ultimately dominated by the much bigger Chris Knight. Scarlet learned a great deal in that match up and looks forward to the Challenge of the triple threat. The Golden Aztec is no stranger to triple threat matches, with many taking place in his country of origin, Mexico. The Golden Aztec defeated Eliot Sexton in a great opening match up on the previous show and he is looking to further his winning streak in EPW-A. This is a non-elimination triple threat match where the first wrestler to score a pinfall or submission will be declared the winner.

MAIN EVENT: GROUND ZERO 6-Man Elimination Tag Team Match
Jayson Cooper, Robby Heart and Greg Graham
vs
Damian Slater, 'Dirty' Dick Donovan and 'Wreckin Ball' Wilson

Jimmy Scarlet vs J-Rock vs The Golden Aztec

More matches and news coming soon..

I don't think it's to late, tickets are usually on sale from City Gym at level 1 - 63 Light Square in the city or send a cheque or money order made out to 'Explosive Professional Wrestling' to

Explosive Professional Wrestling
PO Box 158
EDWARDSTOWN SA 5043

But sending cheque/Money order must be received by EPW no later then 5 days before the event.

I'm too late for the money order and won't be able to get to City Gym this week. Are tickets available at the door?

As far as I know there should be some tickets at the door, but it's best to be there early as tickets can sell out.

Mic made it, he had no probs getting a ticket as its probably the smallest crowd Ive seen at an EPW show. About to start, me and the kids have front row spots behind the announcers.

2nd half highlights:

Jayson Cooper and Robby Heart were supposed to get a Singapore Caning for their "dodgy" loss at Revolution, they got 1 each, and at that stage Chris Knight and Mark Aiston's Personal Executive Assistant asked Mark Aiston to deliver the next one, Mark Aiston then turned on them and caned all the bad guys in the head and turned good again, Hooray! :D

Next was a tag match with Jag & Havok v Slex and Carlo Cannon, it was the first time my daughter had seen Carlo and she's now his number 1 fan, Jag was treating Havok worse and worse as the night went on until he accidentally hit Havok over the head with his EPW belt giving the win to Slex and Carlo.

Main event was like a Tag Royal Rumble with the match starting out with Greg Graham v Balls Wilson, the next 2 entrants were Slater and Dick giving them a huge advantage, Cooper and Heart then came out at intervals but Graham was the first with a pin against him and eliminated, next eliminated was Dick, then Robby Heart. Jag then came out and hit Cooper over the head with a steel chair giving him the win by DQ.
Slater wasn't happy with Jag and turned partially good, Havok came out and hit Jag and also turned partially good, then all the wrestlers came out all moving into 4 corners, it was weird but interesting with baddies, not so baddies, not so goodies and goodies.
Mark Aiston came out and took control and declared that the EPW title match at Re-Emerging would be a Fatal 4 way TLC match between Jag, Havok, Cooper and Slater.

Most of the wrestlers came out the front immediately after the show and the kids had a ball getting autographs, the wrestlers also had a laugh at me as the kids made me line up behind them with one of their signs to get more autographs.
The wrestlers are great and appreciate it, seem like top blokes.

All in all a good show, very entertaining, my son won a DVD for cheering the loudest so he was stoked, probably the smallest crowd Ive seen at an EPW show but I'd imagine there's a huge impact from the Royal Show as it would appeal to the same sort of crowd.

Next show is the biggest in EPWs history, the last of the year on Friday November 14 at Thebarton Theater, yep, that's right Thebarton Theater, not Cosgrove Hall. It should be a HUGE event, the biggest yet!
Tickets are on sale from Monday at Venuetix, check out http://www.epwadelaide.com and http://www.myspace.com/officialepwadelaide for details regarding ticketing and event information. Pre-buy your tickets so you don't miss out on this history making spectacular ending to the year!
A different ticketing plan to this big event:
$35 - Reserved Front Row
$25 - Reserved Lounge
$20 - General Admission
$15 - Kids Under 14
$65 - Family Pass (2 adults/2 children)
$18 - Student/Concession

Getting Front Row tickets to the big show at Thebby ME?

I reckon I will, just so I wont have to rush and line up for a change.

Easily the worst crowd I've seen at an EPW event.

Couple good angles that were received well by the 'crowd' with Aiston and Havok.

Intermission and the last match seemed a bit too long.

As always a good and entertaining show.

Don't think I'll be in Australia for the next show which is a bugger, sounds like a loaded card.
