The scrapping of the plan to change the track layout is extremely good news.

Still doesn't say that they won't change the track back to the old GP layout.

I'm delaying re-buying my turn 8 seats for a month or to, just in case they change that whole corner....

Sorry mate, I didn't mean the old GP layout, which Id love to see back. Banana Bend would be great to see in action again.

There has been talk about going back to the GP track, it has nothing to do with safety or nostalgia though, it's all to do with crowd numbers, the track in its current layout has hit the limit, and as crowds keep growing every year they need more room for stands, my mail is if it doesn't happen for '09, it will happen for 2010.
