Final stage tonight for the champagne sipping run into the Champs-elysees in Paris for the podium winners.

Congrats to Alberto Contador for being a worthy dual winner ... an awesome athlete who must surely be destined for further glory.

Andy Schleck gets 2nd and surely a le Tour champion in the making.

Finally, what can you say about the smartest, best prepared cyclist in of the modern era ... an amazing effort for Lance Armstrong to get a 3rd placing. With his own team next year who knows what he is capable of.

Contador is not a favourite of mine. Lance is admirable but kudos to the Schleck brothers and Brad Wiggins for me.

Also good to see Hushovd and Cavendish battle for the green jersey throughout the race.
