A bit misleading

I note in todays Advertiser in the article by Zac Milbank titled 'He's ready to play ball' on the new consortium for the 36ers that a particular gentleman is referred to as "a former Commonwealth Bank manager". It is interesting how this has gone to print as it is my understanding that at no stage has this gentleman ever been a manager in any bank so someone is either misrepresenting themselves or the journalist has got it wrong in the article. A Commonwealth Bank employee but never a manager.

Quite sad that the story cannot be written correctly or with the true facts, perhaps it sounds better this way and gives the guy's ego a much needed boost!


In fact I have it on very good authority, the highest he ever got was a "financial planner" of sorts. Never a manager though!
