it should be the green machine.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

Any news on a result yet, or at least who has claimed early rounds (if it is still going at 9:50 Adelaide time)

Just got back from watching the fight at the pub.
Have to admit I hadn't previously seen much of either guy fight, but I was pretty disappointed with Green.
Too many body shots wasted his energy and had little effect on Mundine, who was to content to hang back and weave and duck most of the fight.

Mundine got the better head shots in, hence the clear points decision his way.
He never really looked threatened and I reckon Green should cut his losses and not seek a re-match (he could retire comfortably on his million$).

Mundine's speed and agility got him the win (and a title shot), but against a slightly better fighter than Green he may get found out.

i agree with what interceptor says but i'll add with all the hype it was a pretty tame bout which resulted in a fizzer & the one point i disagree with is i think there will be a rematch to determine an 'outright winner' plus they can get more $$$$$$$$$$$$$ in the sky rocket !!!!!!
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

No need for a re-match.

Mundine smashed Green - The Man taught the Little Boy a boxing lesson!

Though if The Man takes the belt off Kessler, there could be Mundine v Green II.

Neither will want to fight Sam Soliman.

That Korean judge must have been on drugs scoring the bout 116-114.

I had Mundine winning 10 rounds.

Enjoyed watching Mundine's jab snap Green's head back all night long...

Im not going to say I like the bloke, but,I'm more than happy to see Mundine win.I like it when some one has the confidence to assert themselves and then have the ability to back it up,good on him.He played the mouth games, which is part of his act,but who is to say that this type of ploy, ala Ali,doesn't work.

Yes Interceptor,Green let Mundine in too close too often and paid the price later in the fight with Mundine punching on and Green merely hanging on.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

I think Green's well past his best, I used to follow most of his matches in the 90s and he was awesome back in those days.
