Then construct out of carbon fibre which has a global short supply due to Boeing and Airbus building planes out of the stuff, strap a V8 to the back revving at 20000 rpm which has had money spent on it bigger than the finances of an African nation. whack on a bit of rubber which as composite compounds average joe has never heard off and pack in some hotshot young buck who thinks he is god and invincible and hey presto............................................. your modern F1 car is complete
