"Other" State League Forum?

Creating a NTFL thread in the SANFL forum (couldn't quite work out a place to go) raised the idea of an "Other" state league forum where we could discuss WAFL, VFL, NEAFL, etc and were wondering what people's thoughts were.
I put the NTFL thread in the SANFL forum as there was already a bit of chat there and thought it couldn't hurt during the summer but if we started chatting about other leaagues during our footy season another forum might be the way to go.
What do users think?

Not a bad idea but other state leagues (Vic, NT ,WA) and SA regional leagues are completely different. I agree with Beef, create a new Other State League subforum in the football section of the site.

Similar to the rest, where you have Amateurs, Country, SFL, there's a section of random topics below that.

Why not just start a new topic, and make it a sticky (like Fisho's Frolics), can be done in about two seconds, rather than anything that requires major work from the admin?

If it is separate, then one doesn't have to open the SANFL forum only to find out the only new posts are in a sub-section you don't want to read, and close it again.
It is better to be able to only open fora you have an interest in.
