im on a forum which has private rooms for managing purposes and theres no issue and those people involved raise there own issues with no input from people not involved. there are also public forum rooms for everyone. But given its not a footy forum and there generally is the same common goal for everyone things seem to run harmoniously.

I think the crows/power boards should probably be hidden rooms.

The same reason most people will have different discussions in the front bar or at the footy with mates as opposed to on a crowded bus.

No offence Hondo but as per most discussions you get involved in you've made your point and are looking at a way to keep making post after post after post after post usually going over the same ground or looking for any point you can clutch at but I can assure you we are already aware of your opinion and it has been noted so there's no need.

It's worth noting that not all mods are against the new forum.
Some were concerned about the way it was foisted upon the site and the response that came when they issued their concerns about it. Not all of the moderators are killjoys as some would like to paint them.
Confidentiality, as to what is discussed in the mods room should stay there, is being respected in most cases which is why not all of the concerns felt by the moderators are being aired in this discussion to give you a clearer picture of their thoughts.
