How does the genre work for everyone? mini league, U/16s, U18s, Top 5 in league etc.. is this worked out on the amount of posts someone does or the amount that get responded too? i may not be the sharpest tool in the time keepers box however i just dont get it..

Is it possible for the 'posted times' to be adjusted for accuracy?
They always seem to be an hour out and it can be confusing in some circumstances.
