To add a picture to your post you can just click 'browse' located down the page from the text box:

This will add a photo/picture to your post - however the size of the picture is not always desireable - ie too small or too large for the page.

The best way that I have found to add pictures to a post is to use this website:
http://www.tinypic.com
tinypic.com sizes pictures especially/compatable for forum use.
So in simple/basic explanation:
1. Locate or save the picture you are wanting to post from your computer (Desktop is best as it's then easy to locate).
2. Go to the http://www.tinypic.com website
3. Click on 'browse' and locate/select the picture from your computer
4. Where it says 'resize' select 'Message board (640x480)'
5. Click on 'upload now' which is a big green box
6. It will provide you with 4 links.
7. Click on the 'box' below the option that says 'IM Code For Forums & Message Boards' (it will highlight)
8. Right click and select 'copy'
9. Paste that copied link into the text box of your safooty.net post
10. Always 'preview' your post before 'submit' to make sure it has worked fine.
