Podolski stormed off from training and hasnt been selected for the game against Soton. Media are reporting he has demanded a move to Inter Milan.
Sounds like Arsenal are better off without the plodder

Don't blsme him

When a no name 18 year old gets priority over a world cup side player then I would storm off .

He has played as much for arsenal then I have this season ... So none basically

lol arsenals form today. Cross the ball in at height where mertersacker would struggle to header the ball to our forward/s today who are no taller than 5'7 and expect to win the game.

No Welbeck/Giroud showed well and truly today. And our keeper.......think he is on NY celbrations still

Dont like the bloke but a brilliant player and admire him for his loyalty. The kind of player every club wants, I know United tried signing him atleast 6 times, City and the Chavs have made decent offers but he always stayed true even though it meant sacrificing trophies. Hats off to him

Ive got a feeling Liverpool may have told him they wont renew his contract at end of the season and that forced his hand to go elsewhere.
On current form he easily could go around in the EPL so he should easily be able to play 3-4 more years in the MLS which would net him a nice retirement nest egg. He is a brilliant speaker and tactical thinker if he doesnt head into a management role he would be great in the media

Yep sad day for LFC fans, Stevie would have to be up there with Kenny as our greatest. Think it's the right time for club and player though.

Long way to go before Stevie would be considered a quality manager (if it ever happens). Club favourites are always spoken about as Manager material when their playing days wind down. Sami Hyppia and Jamie Carragher were spoken of similarly.

Bizarre year for the Toon army .. Couldn't buy a win and baying for the Managers head, going on a hot win streak and the world was brilliant, now losing the manager.
