Long overdue, the pitch has been not up to standard for awhile now.

Same as Turf Moor too
We did that the year we got to the EPL. We have the best pitch outside the EPL by a country mile.

United have had a problem with the pitch since the extended stands were built. It is about the lack of sunshine getting onto the pitch. The San Siro has the same problem

Lack of sunshine for OT ?

I would have thought that was an issue for all stadiums or even all of the UK ;) ?

More of a problem for us because we have a lot higher stands than most grounds and it will get worse once the new stand goes ahead

It would actually be a more prestige trophy than the League Cup or Europa Cup ;)

Let's hope it was a massive trophy as you apparently have a lot of room (and dust) in your Cabinet to house it in! ;)

Did it get a bus tour through the streets of Burnley on it's way to Turf Moor? :D

Martinez has said his words " I will bring championsleague football to goodison".

So I guess that means he will be buying a subscription to sky sports and have it playing in the food hall on a Tuesday night at Everton ? ;)

He might of been better telling the press and everton fans that we will aim for relegation

I'd say most managers set the bar high when they first arrive at a club, and to be honest, if we add to our squad and don't lose too many stars, there is no reason why we shouldn't be pushing the top 4 again..
