Sunderland Season 2009/10

Postby devilsadvocate » Sun Nov 22, 2009 2:25 pm

The Mackems are looking like being outside challengers for a European place this season. I thin it's their huge contngent of ex-spurs players!!

They've had some great results against the bugger teams. Just need to make are they pick up full points against the lower placed sides.

Sunderland have been doing well, personal I think its down to 2 main things, Steve Bruce & Darren Bent. Yes there are other players who have been putting in just as much, but Darren Bent has certinaly hit a purple patch and he seems to be loving his time at the club.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

Definitely it's the impact of Bruce and Bent.
Bent has been fantastic and Bruce has introduced an attacking mode through him.

We beat the Arse!

I predicted we lose to **** Wigan.
As soon as I heard who we were playing this week, I knew we were doomed.

Silicone Skyline hasn't said anything to me yet - he's a Wigan man. Waiting, waiting.

very dissapointing from the black cats against chelsea, maybe the trip that far for the game against chelsea ruins it as they seem to struggle and get beaten well at the bridge ?

Awful, awful, awful.

Couldn't stay up to watch this one. But you know it's never good when Sunderland leads the bulletin when the networks give their 'top four' obsessed coverage of EPL.
