I don't really think Tevez has been given as much opportunity to shine in terms of just goalscoring this season .. From what I've seen he's been a pretty massive contributor to their offensive structure even if he's not been the final player to plop the ball in the bag.

He's huge quality, I'd have him at Liverpool any day.

Now I rate Tevez really highly, but for 30m, he'd want to score a heck of a lot more goals than that playing up front. Maybe the old red nosed twat is right in not bidding for him.

And on Ledley King, apparently it was racially motivated. There's no hiding the fact that Ledders potentially has an alcohol issue, but go on a racist rant against any sober person of whatever race and see what happens. I still love the King.

Is that why the person who was allegedly assaulted is not going to press charges?

If it was a racial taunt then King should have clobbered him.

Ditto for me at Spurs. If he'd started 35 games, I'm sure he'd have netted 20+ times.

His demolition of Blackburn in the Carling cup was amazing.

Not sure, he's probably still unconscious. Ledders is a massive unit.

was a bit of a gimmie for newcastle for 2 of the goals. a block by nolan on the middles defender for the first and offside for the second goal.

thanks to the refs newcastle will remain in the premier for next season

They are out of the bottom 3 at the moment on goal difference i believe. But with two matchdays left anything can happen.

I'd put a few quid on them surviving. Not guaranteed yet but I tip them to get at least a point at home to Fulham this week, and with Hull playing Bolton away and then United at home on the last day they look DOOMed.

Boro are gone, 3 points from safety with a terrible GD.

I would say the Toon are a good chance of surviving too.
I would hate to see any of the bottom four win this weekend though.

Maybe my brother in law will talk football to me now!
