More chance of seeing in charge at Chelski than Man U imo

Wrong type of Manager for United. I'd have thought someone like Steve Bruce would be in the frame.

Speaking to people over there they are pretty certain that gary neville is being groomed for some sort of role. Whether he is manager material is a differant story but maybe fergie could take him under his wing for a year or so and then get him to a lower league club. Doubt united would take on a young manager but who knows how long fergie will stick around

All Chelsea fans in Adelaide or even in Australia or round the world, join the group. Time to get the supporter groups of Chelsea round the country organised and time to start getting in contact with other supporter groups round the world. Also fantastic national meet in Melbounre well done to everyone. Come on the Chels.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

been to a few, but the last one was the derby at the emirates when we lost 3-2. Was good at half time but not so at the end. Fights and pushing and shoving going on. They seperate us in the pub from those other supporters to try and stop it

It must be the football that is the common demoninator for hooliganism and not English supporters then.

Will be interesting to see what Chelski do over the offseason. A number of players had poor seasons by their standards and most of them are closer to the end of their careers then the start.

Lampard, Essien, Malouda, Anelka were nowhere near last seasons standard. I also doubt Mikel will ever be anything more than an average squad player.

Drogba is slowing down somewhat altho I still think he would be an invaluable asset to bring off the bench or be nursed through the season to only play once a week (like Utd do with Giggs).

Abramovich spent over 70 million in the Jan transfer window. Will he open up the chequebook again..?

Agreed re Lampard etc.

Can't see Drogba wanting to stay and play 2nd or 3rd fiddle from the bench. I think some of his poor form is in part to Torres turning up and taking the No1 strikers spot.

He has promised 100 mill.
Fabregas and Bale his main targets but the Kaka bid is gaining strength

Not sure if it has been mentioned elsewehere but the Chelsea Manager has been sacked

Chelsea fired manager Carlo Ancelotti on Sunday, with former Socceroos coach Guus Hiddink reportedly in the mix to replace him.

The end came for Ancelotti after Chelsea's 1-0 loss at Everton completed a season which had "fallen short of expectations" according to a club statement.

British bookmakers William Hill immediately installed Andre Villas Boas - who on Sunday clinched a League, Cup, and Europa League treble with Porto - as favourite to replace Ancelotti.

Former Chelsea managers Hiddink and Jose Mourinho were quoted at 7/2 followed by Harry Redknapp, Pep Guardiola and Marco Van Basten to assume the position.

Put yourself in his shoes though, realistically spurs wont finish much higher than 4-6, at the chavs he has a realistic chance to win the league plus play champions league football, throw in an owner who will provide you with more money abd better resources than what youve ever had. It would make you stop and think thats for sure

He did the exact same thing to Portsmouth and left them in financial ruin, why not now? In all honesty though, not too sure how he would get along and deal with Roman... if he did go to Chelsea, my guess would be that he wouldn't last 6 months.

no one will keep a rich billionaire happy when the trophies and success doesnt come.

Why doesnt the russian manage himself if he thinks he is so good at running a football club?
