yeah, heard the same... at least it wasn't Shawcross, Etherington or Sorensen...

we can do without one of our impotent forwards at this point... what's he done so far this term? not too much TBH...

still it is very disappointing!

Stoke's loss to Arsenal on the weekend was their first defeat of the new year. Pretty good run of form i'd say.

absolutely! i don't mind losing to Arsenal, the scoreline in the end didn't do my boys justice, 2 goals in injury time hurts...

anyway, we have Burnley away, Villa at home, then tottenham at home.

hopefully we can come away with 5-7 points from those matches, we should beat Tottenham again (haha)

after that we have West Ham, Bolton, Hull and Wolves before Chelsea Everton and Man U to finish.

some form in these three could see us get a few on the trot before we face some of the top teams.

all things going well we could finish as high as 8th although i'm gonna pick us for 10-11...

still, that's an improvement on 12th from last year...

and you know what, of course i hate losing to Arsenal, but what i was saying is that i don't mind losing to a team who has a possible chance of winning the title or at least will be playng European football next year.

at least we didn't lose to say Tott... i mean Pompey... ;)

Got to feel for Stoke yesterday. Hammered Bolton all over the park and the two misses, one from Kitson when it was harder to miss than score, and one from Sidibe near the end were unbelievable.

Boltons first goal came direct from a free kick that never was. What on earth was the ref thinking, the knob. Still I guess we won't hear any bleating from that scotch Judas this week.
