Paterson's goal for Burnley was a brilliant piece of individual skill but GO TO HIM DEFENDERS. It was a terrible piece of defending.

Gotta disagree there. If anything, it was the Reading midfielders fault for not closing him down and applying pressure.

I agree that the midfield pressure was ordinary, but at the end of the day Paterson is a striker and not one single defender went at him. He got to within 30 yards and all the defenders were still 15plus meters away from him.

Both goals were absolutely topshelf, i don't wanna take away from either of them.
