Watched the 1st half Bully. Arsenal were over Chavski like a rash, but went in 2 - 0 down. Wallcott was the biggest offender, had at least 4 clear cut chances and fluffed everyone of them. Them Chelski go down the other end with thier 1st real attack and bang, a goal. Chavski nearly went into the break 3 - 0 up but Anelka bottled it.

Fell asleep for the 2nd half

Found a funny anti-arsenal rant page with some gold on it:

Fact the site of the New Arsenal Stadium was once known as Ashburton sidings, a place where islington dumped its rubbish and was infested by rats.............................some things never change

yeah been rumoured for a few weeks now that wenger will be on his way. Seen as the shareholders attack him every thursday night on the topic of his signings and what his tactics are. But wenger can also talk as on the Arsenal website he has said watch my side over the next few seasons now we have the experience. And also says other teams in the league would be very happy to finish fourth every season. Yes i like it but knowing we have won the title before and we have beaten Man United, Chelsea and drew with Liverpool this season i would have liked to be a little closer to them. Last year we only finished 5 points or something like that from Man United and the end of the season.

If he is happy finishing in 4th every year he needs sacking. trouble is he has played that "young side" card too often, last year, the year before etc.

It's been on skynews again only a few minutes ago. /still we are coming into the silly season.

The young card is tiring. Spurs avg age was almost a full year younger than the Gooners this year, but they still wheeled it out.

IMO, Asrenal will go to pieces if Wenger leaves. Great chance for Everton, Villa etc to have a real crack at 4th.

It depends who Arsenal bring in.

In reality, the likes of Everton and Villa are a long way from breaking into the top 4 was you saw this season.

If they bring in a manager who is willing to spend a bit of cash and strengthen their defensive positions they will remain in the top 4 as much as you hate the thought.

correct. but whos to say arsenal wont finish first next season, or second, or third and one of the other teams drops out. we have won the title before, and finished 3rd last season so its not just the case of if arsenal loose wenger they will fall out. whos to say Chelsea has a mass walk out of players etc? and finish 5th
