Manchester United lost because their defence was Young, Small and Blind. Oh well doesn't Mata now

Should have been more. Sat through a lot of tough times with that mob , but the first 20 minutes made up for it a little. They were a shambles

No arguments here, woeful display. Every 6-8 games we put in an absolute shocker still and it happened to be last night.
International break now, a chance to regroup and tinker with the side as we have a tough month coming up.
Still think top 3 is more than attainable

it wasn't the fact you played a shocker, Arsenal played you off the park. We never let you blokes have a chance game was done on 19 mins

Our defenders were apalling and played out of position. Arsenal played well but half a dozen sides would of put us to the sword in the opening 20 minutes with that effort. Makes it worse that even after going 2-0 down we showed no urgency and were happy to just knock it around. At no time did we even look like making a game of it.

Of course you showed no urgency after being 2-0 down, we had the ball the whole time. No other side would of because they don't play like Arsenal. Cut apart all over the place with passing and movement

If only you guys put as much effort in against the minnows as you do us you might actually win something ;)

Im talking about the league.
You always lift against us, Liverpool and the likes but then go and lose to Newcastle, Villa or the like.
If you played every game like you do against us you would be a chance to win the league most years. Its almost as though you save your best for us

Pretty sure we haven't lost to newcastle or villa for a few years. We can't have lifted that often, it was our first win in the league for 4.5 years

You always lift, the games are always hard fought, apart from the 8-2 blowout, we have either drawn or won 2-1 since your last win. Often in those games you have played us off the park and been unlucky. I maintain that if you played like that every week you would finish higher.
You would be well clear on top this year with performances like that

Judging by who's posting it's obvious Arsenal won this weekend.
Thoughts on your manager ?

Who's manager?
Arsenal have a decent one who has another year to run on his contract and will possibly finish up.
Ours is doing a decent job, has turned us around and headed in the right direction.
Id say both clubs would be reasonably happy with them but both sets of fans are probably unhappy or even angry

With the amount of shit i cop from one of my Man Utd mates, he received a barrage of msgs from me and boy did i have fun. Some man utd fans have been too chirpy towards arsenal lately so the silence was bliss. 8)

Everyone only posts when they win apparantley even if stats show you post less after a win than any other time, I've learnt that one on this forum!

Jose had the dreaded "backing from the board " at Chelsea today.

So that means he will be gone during the international break

^ Correct. Dont take anything for granted in this league. Just ask any tottingham supporter, they win a few games around this time of year, which improves their position on the table, and think they will win the league. Then it all comes crashing down around the end of november, and the manager is sacked ;)

Season usually starts taking shape around the Christmas/New Year period.
When you start playing multiple games per week it sorts out the sides with squad depth, the smaller clubs often start dropping off around then whilst the ones with plenty of depth put a good run together and can pick up 7 or 8 wins in the month

Don't know about ever thinking we'll win the league but year in, year out we perform well above where our expenditure says we should be. And its only every 2nd year we sack our manager. ;)
We are the youngest squad in the EPL too, exciting times but we'll probably just sell everyone anyway.
