Agreed
I watched the Wales v England game yesterday
Started off ok, but then 60 mins of shite.

Considering we are ranked 6th in the FIFA standings, really can't see us have any impact in the comp proper, assuming we get that far.

Agree JTC, my alarm decided to go off an hour early for my early morning round of golf, too late to go back to bed after a shower. Turned on ESPN and 25 into the game, was a bit like play it around the red practice cones without actually threatening to score. Did notice that the pitch was very slow, obviously desinged that way to bring the skills closer together, what are the rules on watering the pitches prior to games over there, I know most EPL sides do it, but what about in Internationals.

Too right Ze Germans wont be too happy with that result.
Found it a bit ironic that the German media thought Australia were rough, after all the germans have been playing rough, dirty football for years.

Yeah Bulls. Ashley Young started and Jack Wilshere but apart from them and Hart in goal, definitely a B or C grade side.
Cahill did ok in the centre of defence and England dominated for long periods but Asamoa gyan's goal was pue class. Sunderland can look forward to a decent contribution from him
