Poor decision IMO, one reason Melbourne has been the most successful A-league club is the stability provided by sticking with the same manager, probably no coincidence that Central Coast are the only other team to front up in 3 A-league grand finals and were the next most loyal club when it came to sticking with the original manager.
You've got to wonder what a bloke has to do, 6 seasons, 4 finals appearances, 3 home grand finals, 2 premierships, 2 championships and 3 ACL qualifications, will be quite some time before another Australian based coach has a record like that.
Either way I think this is the wrong decision, but I certainly hope Postecoglou is a done deal, otherwise this most certainly is.

There are strong rumours that Man Utd legend Roy Keane is currently in the country and could be finalising a deal to coach / manage the Melbourne Victory.
