Just got back from the Distinctive Home Dome's where I could only purchase "Standing Room Only" tickets, which doesn't fuss me ... However we had to endure 2 lots of people taking over 10 mins each while asking to see what available seating looked like  ... LOL, thought a few angry punters were gonna turf them out.

I reckon she'd be sold out by now.

I had standing only for the Borat-kor game, no need for seats. And if you think you're going to get to the bar, good luck. At the CCM game on the Friday before the ACL, I went to the bar at HT, we were 3-0 up, I came back with 2 beers and we were in trouble at 3-2. For the Champs League, I heeded the lesson from the Football Gods, and went completely sober for the entire game, we won 3-0. I'm not advocating this position full time, but sometimes you just gotta take a hit for the team! It was just as well, the line ups were insane!

heres a funny story from a poster from footballnews.com.au

"now Im not a fan of the Veronicas at all... but now I shiraz hate them with a passion...

we were lined up at my local venuetix (Macrocarpa Mount Barker) I was about sixth in line.

Anyway as all of you probably know the whole venuetix system more or less decided to cabernet itself bigtime..

The first 3 people got their tickets but very slowly. Then this girl with her mother was next in line... She held up the line for about 8 minutes. We all thought that the system was being slow... Anyway her tickets got printed and she looked pretty happy with herself and as she's walking out she says to her mum 'Thankgod I got my Veronica tickets'... Apparentely The reason why she took so long to get them was she was deciding where to sit....

As she walked out the door, the ticket dude announces tickets were sold out for the United game...

To that port who bought the Veronica tickets and to Macrocarpa for stupidly selling her those tickets when they knew damn well that these United tickets were gunna fly out the door and we were all lined up for about an hour to try and get one.... Cheers for that....

Anyway my funny story for the day..... Im having a laugh about it now..."

Just spoke to a mate who finished work at 11 and went to his local venuetix (lol he wont disclose the location) at midnight, was there for 3.5 hours before security forced him to move along lol ... Thankfully he made it back in time to be first in line still.

I had a terrible headache at the end of the game (that'll teach me), but as I said, sometimes you gotta sacrifice for the team. If I was at the GF, I would be well largered up before the game, and if comeone else was going to the bar I'd ask them to get me one too, but I wouldn't be missing out on any game time if I could help it...bloody hell, we're a chance to be Asian Champions:

LOL I went to an ODI at Adelaide Oval once and naturally we were all hoping we'd bat first, but sadly we didn't ... Windies are in a spot of early bother and starrting to steady when it's my round at the bar ... 5 or 6 wickets the mofo's lost in about 15 minutes while I was in the line just listening to roar after roar

I cant stand those yellow shirted mini-Hitler's, biggest impediment to good fun and a good atmosphere at Hindmarsh. Oops, having too much fun, time to be spoken to/ejected/man-handled out of the home end. Wankers!! Luckily for Borat-kor there were just too many people for them to be able to get stuck in and meddle.
