Piss poor by Izzo. The cardinal rule of goalkeeping is that you either come out for the ball, or you stay on your line. The one thing you can never do is hesitate.

You shouldn't handle ball boys but how hard is it to hand the bloke the ******* ball when the ball is clearly out? It's not hard to see what the kids intentions are...
