Four more matches in the Round of 32 were played last night:

Newcastle United 0-2 Perth - crowd 2,877
Parramatta 0-1 St. Albans (Vic.) - crowd 780
South Hobart 1-1 Tuggeranong United (ACT) (AET - Tuggeranong won 5-4 on pens) - crowd 1,472
Adelaide United 1-0 Wellington - crowd 2,804

Izzo with a couple of big saves to keep United in the Cup last night. Looking forward to City next week.

Possibly. I just read that City brought on a late sub who wasn't on the team sheet so the result is in doubt.

Nice slalom.

The sub situ will be interesting. Will the FFA let it ride for the romance, or support the 'big fella'?

We deserved that last night, real proud of the guys. The Wanderers are the darlings of the FFA so Im convinced the result will be overturned

I've also read that the photographed team sheet wasn't the final one and City's team was fine. Not sure how reliable the source is, claimed to be attached to the club.

Wasnt full strength but still a very decent side. We didnt have a corner all night and probably only a couple of shots on goal where as they had atleast a dozen corners id imagine and plenty of shots.

Where were you sitting/ standing Jim?

Went along with my son who 'got tired' at the hour mark and we left. :(

Thought City looked organised and pretty compact, easy on the smallish ground, and WSW didn't really offer much going forward, classic Cup football.

Spoke to a mate today and the result will stand. Reckons there was a very late change only 10 minutes before kickoff and all officials were away of it.

Glad to hear it. Would hate for City to 'do a Celtic'!

City's match has been confirmed for Marden again, Tuesday 16th, while apparently Hindmarsh will be ready in time for Tuesday 23rd, because that's where United are scheduled to play Brisvegas.
