Adelaide United are a rabble. This side is spineless and pathetic but is to be expected when you have one of the worst players in the league as your skipper. Ive seen better park players than McKain.
Ive gone down to grab a beer at the bar, cant watch this tripe anymore. Suspect i wont be the only one going home shortly

A-League Results & Discussions 2011/12

Postby Keefy » Fri Dec 16, 2011 9:49 pm

Spineless, no heart, too many ego's.
Rini has got no ideas on how to get a spark.
Might as well hand back the ACL spot to save the embarrassment

Why is there little talk about the Reds? They are a complete rabble - play with no heart and have no desire to help each other out on the park.

How or what is the answer?

I am no expert - but my little bloke has a bigger heart and ticker than these so called professionals.

Another great win by the Mariners tonight to go top, less than half the salaries of the AU players and more than twice the heart!

The Melbourne derby has been a cracker so far. Heart have come from 1-0 and scored 2 in 2 minutes just before halftime.
Watching the passion of the derby makes me very envious, brings back memory of the Adelaide derbies and how good it was when we smashed Hellas

Disgraceful decision by the ref in the Perth match.
Yellow card at worst, strong tackle but not a red. Perth down to 10 men after 25 minutes

And another awesome result by the Mariners who can only afford to pay their players less than half of what the Adealide players receive.
Blatant red card for those in the know.

Was a good win but i disagree about the Red card.
Yellow at worst. Always looks worse when replayed. He got a fair bit of the ball first and then made contact afterwards.
One of the worst decisions ive seen in a while and I probably attend or watch 500+ games a year worldwide

Blatant red card and one of the most obvious decisions I've seen in a while and it doesn't matter how many matches you watch to have a clue.
Adelaide United fans watch at least a game every week and they're all clueless.

If you go in with your sprigs showing like that its a red every time, if he'd been a couple of inches to the side it would have broken the guys leg in half, as I said, one of the more blatant reds I've seen.
Oh yeah sorry officer, I know I shot him in the face but I made contact with the ball.

Anyway onto current day apparantly they've turned away over 10000 people at the Gold Coast v Brisbane match as they didn't open up enough gates, what a bloody farce.

Yeh coz I can totally see the comparison with a tackle and using a shooting as a pair point  Fact didnt break his leg, studs up yeh but ball contact is made yellow at best like Jim said. Studs up no ball contact red card. A-Leagues refs are a joke

p.s. If that's one of the more blatant reds you've seen you haven't watched much soccer have you.

My daughter started folliwing the Heart (she likes their tops) a couple of months ago and I dont think they have lost a match since she did! (She hated soccer but no rugby or footy on tv brought her around as its more fun to watch than cricket).
Finals could be ugly if things stay as they are with her old mans team top atm!

Very impressive last night! My daughter especially liked how they showed Geelong highlights and that she got a re tweet from Allan Christensen when she mentioned it!

Agreed. They are looking great this year. Dugandzic is a top player in this league.

I don't mind the Heart actually.

Yeah, I reckon that's why I like them.
